Sad news...
After much thought and ... GASP ... planning went into this story, I am afraid I will have to put it on hold. I will no longer be participating in NaNoWriMo 2005, unless some miracle happens. I have found it necessary to work on a different project that needs much more attention and direction.

As of now, the chances of me actually doing NaNo is slim to none. I will, however, keep all the information I've provided here, as I intend to revisit Follow the Tisa no later than next spring, hopefully long before.

Thanks for the help, suggestions and kind comments from those that followed until now.

NaNo 2005



Sasha is a play-hero on a weekend trip to the local caves. Taryn is her not-so-magical faerie sidekick. When they return, their village has been destroyed - and many are lying dead or dying. The local wise sage only has two things to say to Sasha...


"Solve for Y"
"Follow the Tisa!"



The Tisa is the river that runs from the mountains, down through the valley by their village, and continues on to The Edge of the World. It is a common place for strange folk, including wisened monks and strange dock men.

So Sasha and Taryn, along with the cowardly warrior Refus, pack up and head out.

What's with Y and how will it help them find the people responsible for the destruction of the village? What's really at The Edge of the World? What really is wrong with Taryn?
